Our services may include platform access, implementation, configuration, reconciliation tools, reporting tools, operational workflow tools, support, and related technology services.

2. Technology Service Fees

Technology service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered, activated, made available, or used by the customer.

Fees for platform access, reporting tools, reconciliation tools, operational support, and related software services are charged based on the applicable invoice, service agreement, order form, or commercial arrangement.

3. Implementation and Configuration Fees

Setup, implementation, configuration, onboarding support, and professional service fees may be non-refundable once work has begun.

This is because these services require time, resources, and operational work specific to the customer.

4. Case-by-Case Review

Refund requests or billing disputes are reviewed case by case.

When reviewing a request, VANK Technologies LLC may consider:

• The applicable service agreement or invoice
• The services requested by the customer
• The implementation or configuration status
• Whether services have already been delivered or made available
• The nature of the issue raised by the customer
• Any written communications related to the service

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

5. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of future services by contacting VANK Technologies LLC.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already delivered, activated, made available, or started.

Any cancellation terms in a signed agreement, order form, or invoice will apply.
